Returns and Exchanges

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days the items can be exchanged for store credit.

Send the unused item in its original and unworn condition.

All tickets must be attached - including a copy of your invoice with reason for return - within 30 days of receiving your items for a refund.

We unfortunately cannot confirm delivery of your return, but will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 5 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you need a gift, you may exchange your item for one of equal or more value and will be charged the difference.

For your convenience, orders shipped within the U.S. can print a UPS return label from the website with your information, and you are responsible for the return fee.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

UNITED STATES
Please see the above section for our return policy and address. Please write a note on your invoice indicating which item(s) you are returning and what items, colors, sizes you’d like to exchange. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded onto your credit card. We, unfortunately, cannot hold items for exchanges, but if your items are unavailable at the time of processing, we will do our best to get it to you, if available. If the item is sold out we will notify you via email and refund you.  Please note it takes 5 business days to process exchanges. We cannot confirm delivery of your return, but you will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.


EUROPE
For an exchange, please refer to the United States Terms and Agreements above. For exchange please send back your unworn garment. Upon receiving it and sending your exchange request, we will charge or credit the difference in price onto your credit card. Please note it takes 5 business days for us to process returns. You will receive an email when your card is credited for a return. It takes 5 days to process exchanges. You will receive an email when your exchange is shipped.
